    • We will schedule an initial consultation with the client to understand their brand, goals, and vision.

    • Discuss the current brand identity and gather insights on their target audience and market positioning.

    • Conduct a competitive analysis to evaluate industry standards and trends.

    • Analyze the client’s existing brand assets, including logos, color schemes, and messaging.

  • Core Brand Development

    • Define core brand elements, including mission, vision, values, positioning, and personality.

    • Collaborate with the client to ensure alignment and accuracy in representing their brand ethos.

  • Visual Identity Creation

    • Develop a cohesive visual identity, including:

      • Logo Concepts (a min. of 3 concepts will be presented)

      • Logo design and variations (primary, alternate, and incorrect usage).

      • Color palette selection with precise color codes.

      • Typography choices for headings, body text, and supplementary fonts.

      • Imagery and photography style guidelines to reflect the brand’s tone.

      • Graphic elements such as patterns, icons, and illustrations.

  • Communication Strategy

    • Define the brand's tone of voice and key messaging.

    • Create templates for various communication channels, including emails, social media, and press releases.

    • Establish content guidelines that align with the brand's values.

  • Application of Guidelines

    • Outline how the brand guidelines apply to digital presence (website and social media) and print materials (stationery and marketing collateral).

    • Include packaging guidelines if relevant.

  • Draft and Review

    • Compile all brand elements into a cohesive document.

    • Share the draft with the client for feedback and make necessary revisions based on their input.

  • Finalization

    • Finalize the brand guidelines document, ensuring clarity and comprehensiveness.

    • Provide the client with the finished document in various formats (PDF, editable files)

    • Present the finalized brand guidelines to the client and their team.

    • Please note that any revisions requested after the final approval will be billed at our hourly rate of $150/hr.

Due to the custom and digital nature of our work, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once a project has commenced.
